More On Santa Monica Crash

This morning on the radio I heard it said that the man who killed those folks yesterday had twice in the past few weeks driven his car into the garage and plowed into the back wall of the building because he failed to stop.

Last night the helicopters flew overhead all night long. When the police are called they say well they are enabled to do this by the first amendment. If we were to intervene it would be against their rights. Which I assume means, if I were to walk the streets at night with a loudspeaker hooked up to a recording of a helicopter, that my first amendment rights would be protected as well no matter how much my neighbors can't sleep.
