The problem is the average man in Idaho or Albuquerque doesn't care about anything Tony Blair has to say. Andrew does and he obviously places great importance on it. But Andrew is uniquely & singularly qualified to care and is also naive as can be if he thinks that what Mr. Blair says changes the facts on the ground out here in the hinterland.
