how this works | July 31, 2003Activist MeIt's very strange but this summer has provided a number of folks approaching me about my activist tendencies. I have not considered myself an activist for well over a decade. And even then I was definately not a very good one. But it turns out I have been doing the work of an activist for well over 6 years now. In all I have paid well over $2500 out of my pocket. Today an associate has pointed me towards a forum where my "voice" is needed. Next month I have been asked to give a talk at a national conference. At this point I can't see doing so but it's pretty amazing to see how things are shaping up. And to think I specifically left politics behind me in 1990.
