I'm inclined to think it's moron.

C. Rice strikes me as the most incapable National Security Advisor ever. This whole Iraqi debacle has proven to be the most amusing keystone cops endeavor. I'm sure there will be sequel. I'm looking forward to C. Rice running for Governor of California. By then, of course, Iraq will be liberated beacon of freedom and human rights in the center of the unwashed heathens of Islam. K & I will surely going to Iraq for vacations by then as it will no doubt be a major tourist destination.
